The TixOS service revenue model is based around a fixed monthly rental fee that is related to the number of screens in your cinema. This ensures that all exhibitors using the TixOS contribute fairly to the operating costs of the platform.
The description of our service and the service levels are detailed in our standard service contract that has a minimum term of one year. The payment of the rental fee is carried out through automated bank transfer.
By publishing our service plan pricing we encourage you to look into your current ticketing systems costs and compare these to our own all inclusive monthly rent for the ticketing module detailed in the table below.
In order to carry out a thorough price comparison with our competitors, we recommend that you obtain the detailed breakdown of prices for software, hardware, installation, training and support.
You can carry out the comparison over a 3 to 4 year period depending on your accounting practices. Remember to add the cost of the equipment you will require to run the application (see our minimum hardware configuration guidelines).
The prices below are not contractually binding and are for the basic TixOS box office ticketing module. In all cases only a priced proposal from ourselves constitutes a binding agreement.
Remember to add 150 for each PC and certificate (paid as a one off cost,
this is not a recurring cost). The TixOS account set up fee covers the cost
of the first security certificate. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
