The feedback from the exhibitors having attended the demos was very positive and in general terms, the tradeshow itself was a great success. We would like to thank you all for your continued interest in our company and for having contributed to the success of the show.

The tradeshow was also the opportunity to confirm that TixOS's unique approach allows it to clearly stand aside from the other ticketing applications available on the market today. TixOS low implementation cost makes it by far the most accessible ticketing system for small and medium exhibitors.

How can cinemas unleash the power of e-CRM

Customer relationship management (CRM) has until recently been reserved to high value ticketing operations such as travel, theatre and opera. The internet and new communication channels have introduced the concept of electronic CRM or e-CRM with greatly reduced operating and implementation costs. For cinemas, e-CRM channels can cover the multiple facets of customer contact from the cinema's website to loyalty systems, direct marketing through email and SMS, online questionnaires, promotions and special offers.

These relationship channels and more importantly, the precious customer data that they gather, provide a unique opportunity for a cinema to get to know its customers, what they like and what will make them visit the cinema more often. The design of the TixOS architecture and database ensures that these channels can be easily and progressively incorporated as additional services.

Media Billets partnership

Media Billets is a leading supplier of thermal cinema ticket stock and supports for loyalty cards. They were the first company to introduce full coulour visuals on the back of tickets (publicity, film posters, games and draws…) in 1995 for the Gaumont centennial cinema celebrations.

Our priority remains the ongoing reduction of your operational costs and this has lead us to integrate within TixOS a service option for the sourcing and supply of ticket stock. This platform will continously consolidate the ticket requirements of all the cinemas using the service in order to transmit grouped orders for ticket stock to Media Billets - the objective being a supply of high quality ticket stock at the best price.

If you want to add a bit of coulour to your tickets whilst paying less, please send us by snail mail, an example of your current ticket stock as well as details on your yearly requirements and the current quantity of ticket stock you hold.
