TixOS or Ticketing Operating System is a private software development company registered in France that specialises in developing and marketing thin client box office ticketing, customer relationship and venue management services to entertainment venues.

The company founders are industry professionals who possess an in-depth understanding and experience of the technical, marketing and commercial areas required to re-engineer and deliver the next generation of ticketing products for the entertainment industry.

Eric Razny, Chairman and CTO, has more than 15 years experience in heading Ottogyre, a software house that has been involved in developing ticketing and reporting systems for the cinema industry since its creation in 1987. Eric personally, and Ottogyre, are highly respected in the cinema industry with an impeccable reputation for delivering state-of-the-art software and hardware products to the entertainment industry.

Emanuele de Plano, CEO and Commercial Director, spent five years as Managing Director for ICON France and International Business Development Director for ICON Group - a world leader in cinema software solutions, operating in over 40 countries. He has also headed the Performing Arts Business Unit at OmniTicket Networks, a leading company in access control, assigned seating ticketing systems and distribution networks. More recently he held the position of European Business Development Manager for ts.com, a pre-eminent provider of on-line ticket distribution, CRM and marketing solutions for entertainment venues.

The technology developed by TixOS differentiates itself from the existing ticketing systems by its unique use of the Internet, a central database and an open thin client software client.

TixOS has secured the intellectual property rights (IPR) for Multibill, a French cinema box office ticketing system and currently has over 30 cinemas under a support service contract.
